This change has been approved by the Group's shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on February 27, 2025.President Director of BUMA International Group Ronald Sutardja said that the name change strengthens the reputation of PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) as a leading mining contractor in Indonesia and abroad. He claimed that this name also strengthens its position as a trusted mining partner, while expanding its impact in the domestic and international markets."The decision to change our name is not just a rebranding, this step is a reaffirmation of the ongoing transformation and our future direction," he said in a written statement, Monday (3/3/2025).
